Corporate boardroom AV rack wrap-up — Crestron DM-NVX over IP

Finished a 14-person boardroom for a financial services firm. Full Crestron DM-NVX distribution over their existing 10G network infrastructure. System overview:

Sources: 4x laptop inputs (HDMI to DM-TX-4K-100-C wall plates), 1x Teams Room PC (Surface Hub integrated), 1x wired videoconference
Distribution: DM-NVX-350 encoders/decoders across 5 displays (main 110" and 4 satellite 55")
Control: Crestron CP4N processor, TSW-770 touchpanel, occupancy-based auto-on
Audio: Biamp Tesira Forte XI, 6x Crestron Saros ceiling speakers, Shure MXA910 ceiling array mic

Programming was 3 weeks solo. The client wanted "one button meeting start" which, as always, means two weeks of programming logic for 8 different meeting scenarios. Classic AV.

That rack cable management looks clean. What's your go-to for rear cable management in AV racks? I've been using D-rings but thinking about switching to a horizontal lacing bar approach.

Biamp Tesira with a Shure MXA910 is a solid audio combination for a conference room. Did you use Shure's IntelliMix Room software or push the DSP processing entirely into the Tesira? I've been going back and forth on that split and curious what your preference is.

DM-NVX over IP is where corporate boardrooms should be. No more proprietary fiber, standard IT infrastructure, and you can commission the AV routing from any laptop on the network. Nice install — how did the network team respond to the 10G requirements for 4K60 NVX streams?
